Pilates is a physical activity that may involve stretching, strengthening, and balance exercises. While we prioritize safety and tailor sessions to individual needs, participation in any fitness program carries inherent risks—including but not limited to muscle strain, joint discomfort, or injury.
By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that:
• You are voluntarily participating in Pilates sessions.
• You understand the physical nature of the exercises.
• You accept responsibility for your own health and safety during training.
🏠 In-Home Training Considerations
Sessions may take place in your home or a location of your choosing. You are responsible for ensuring the space is safe, free of hazards, and suitable for movement-based instruction.
🦠 Health & Safety
We follow current health guidelines to minimize risk, including precautions related to communicable illnesses. However, we cannot guarantee complete protection from exposure.
📝 Booking Agreement
All clients are required to electronically acknowledge and sign a formal Waiver of Liability during the booking process. This ensures mutual understanding and legal protection for both parties.
